The Litness Programme is a 12 week challenge, split into 3 phases, with the aim of educating you on how to balance your lifestyle with fitness. Whether you want to build muscle or burn fat, you will be taught how and why you are eating and training the way you are. This programme is more than just about looking good, it’s about feeling good too. I want you to change your lifestyle to a sustainable one you enjoy, instead of just dieting.

All aspects are covered from meals to food. Once you make the purchase there will be a download available immediately, which will cover your training, then you will be sent your meal plan, with bespoke calories. I personally calculate these for you so make sure you fill out the questionnaire, which is part of this purchasing journey, then I will send you your calories within 48 hours.
